The 25 graduates of the Master’s Program “Project Management” were participated in the pilot study in the disciplines “Organization and multi-project management” and “Work 4.0 in conditions of digital transformation” during the summer semester of 2023-2024 academic year. Study took place within the framework of the international project “Cross-domain competencies for healthy and safe work in the 21st century” 619034-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP [WORK4CE] conducted by Senior Lecturer of Department for Information Computer Systems and Control, Ph.D. Mykhailo Dombrovskyi. The study ended on June 12, 2024 with an exam and credit seminar.
In the process of study, future masters developed the competencies necessary for the integration of digital systems in all spheres of life: from interaction between people to industrial production and the use of multi-project management methods for digitalization of work. The final assessment served to determine the degree of mastery of the skills and abilities of the technological trends for the fourth industrial revolution, the selection of components, setting priorities, risk assessment, planning, balancing and control of the portfolio for innovative projects.
The obtained results of the pilot study will contribute to the improvement of the development of models for the organization of programs and project portfolios, their implementation in a multi-project work management environment under varying degrees of uncertainty. For the project as a whole, this will improve the understanding the quality of the developing the content of the module, the compliance of the developing the open educational resources with the goals of the Erasmus+ WORK4CE project.
