Pilot Teaching for Erasmus+ CBHE WORK4CE in Dortmund During Autumn School 2023

Erasmus+ CBHE project called “Cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in the 21st century” (WORK4CE) has organised another Pilot Teaching event within the Autumn School 2023 on 4 – 8 of September at the Campus of its European Partner Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FH Dortmund) in Germany.

In the event participated around 50 students and Academic staff from all 9 Universities. This time the pilot teaching was aimed to such topics as Work 4.0, Distributed Teams, Safe workplaces, Life Cycle Thinking and Sustainable Management, Digital Technologies, Developing Digital Business Ecosystems, Managing Digital Changes, and Industry 4.0.

This event was an important step towards innovative education and sustainable mobility ideas for the future. For the Pilot Teaching, several presentations were given by some of WORK4CE’s partners, each with the unique perspective on the topic under discussion.

It is worth noting that the event happened at the same time and place as the IEEE IDAACS 2023 conference, so that students and staff member of the Pilot teaching had a great opportunity to collaborate and network with the ca 150 on-site participants of the international community of the long-lasting and respected IEEE Conference, which founder is the partner of the WORK4CE consortium – West Ukrainian National University (WUNU) and the organiser and a host is the FH Dortmund.

Moreover, together with the Pilot teaching and the IDAACS 2023 Conference were organised the Autumn School on Data Science within the DAAD ViMaCs project, where the Ukrainian partners of WORK4CE are taking part, and the “Digital Transformation Maturity Model” Workshop within the Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance “ProDiT” project, where the participants of the WORK4CE Pilot teaching were welcomed to take part in.
